The Renaissance Rumble has the answer for YOU!  Professional Wrestling Summer Camp at the ARTfactory!

Here they can learn to live out their Squared Circle dreams in a safe and constructive way!

At our camp they will:

• Receive REAL In-Ring Pro Wrestling instruction and learn how to perform safely with our Experienced Instructors.

• Create Their Own Custom Wrestling Persona/Character to include backstory, entrance music selection and mannerisms.

• Learn to Perform Fun and Interesting Wrestling Promos (scripted and improvised).

• Get the Chance to Simulate REAL portions of, and in some cases, simulate full Choreographed Matches calibrated to each individuals skill level.

• All of the training will take place in our real 14′ Pro Wrestling Ring, so participants will learn the true experience of the pros in the professional environment used by industry leaders.

For safety sake the training will be calibrated for the skill set of each individual participant.

At Renaissance Rumble, Wrestling = Theatre and ANYONE can perform!

Renaissance Rumble Pro Summer Camp for Teens! (Ages 12-18) 1pm to 4pm

Pro Wrestling Intensive: Week Long: Intermediate Level

Sat - Jan 22, 2022 - 9:00am EST

This is an intermediate level professional wrestling workshop where students will train with the Renaissance Rumble team to up their game in and outside the ring. Participants will gain instruction in various performance skills and techniques including body control, footwork, ring awareness, wrestling slams/throws/lifts, hold/submissions, pinning combinations, transitions, storytelling, match structure, and industry insight.

The course includes: 18+ hours of training on intermediate level wrestling skills from the Renaissance Rumble team Masterclass taught by Cabana Man Dan Masterclass taught by Willow A promo picture package for each participant A fully produced showcase performance recorded for participant’s use A complimentary ticket to the Flying V Fights Pro Wrestling: Technical Difficulties show on January 29th!

This course will focus on safe wrestling almost equally with proper character development, working a crowd, and pre-match interview skills. The workshop concludes with each trainee being featured in a recorded, choreographed match in a wrestling showcase! All participants will receive a copy of the recording.

The Renaissance Rumble instructors, Grizzly Joe Grasso and Mike Martin, have been training performers for the stage, screen, and ring for over 20 years and wrestle up and down the east coast as The Grimy Scots.

Workshop participants will be required to show proof of vaccination at check-in.
