So…what is the Renaissance Rumble CTE? 

The Renaissance Rumble CTE is a fully customizable experience built around unlocking team creativity, shared experience learning, corporate cohesion, mission clarity training all through the lens of Professional Wrestling. 

Wow…so how does it work?

We first sit down to discuss the custom needs of your corporate setting and culture.  The result of that conversation allows us to apply our years of experience in the corporate setting and training arena to craft a training event incorporating your designated staff in creating a mock wrestling show to be presented to the audience of your choosing. 

Now wait…I don’t want any of my staff body slammed or hurt during this event…well maybe Ken from Sales but, no, no, I was kidding.

Our team is keenly aware of this, knowing that Professional Wrestling is such a close contact art form, so we are ready and able to fully tailor your company’s experience to your need level.  Additionally, our training environment is a 100% SAFE SPACE and 100% CONSENT ZONE.  Don’t want any contact or have staff with mobility issues, NO PROBLEM, we’ll work to set up an experience where we engage them differently or provide wrestlers to meet the physical performance needs.  You have a staff that is highly active and wants to engage in full contact training, NO PROBLEM, we’ll walk your staff through the basic maneuvers to tell a cohesive story in the ring and perform for your company.   

Wait, if my team isn’t going to, or want to, wrestle what are they going to do, what are they going to get out of this?

The end goal of our training is to ensure that you meet the needs of you training requirements in a fun, safe, and engaging manner.  That normally culminates in a showcase, or mock wrestling show, where the participants craft a custom show built around a theme to address your training needs.  If your company isn’t filled with the types that would want to engage in physical training we work to have them script, direct, produce, perform non-combat related roles and craft the showcase that gets to the heart of your company’s needs.
